Our 2023/24 Programmes: Registration Now Open!

We're thrilled to launch our 2023/24 programme. In theatres, on screen, and in school halls across the UK, we'll be giving young people an opportunity to engage with Shakespeare's stories in a creative way.

Putting his plays on their feet, young people will discover the joy, humour and incredible drama of these unique tales.

Theatre Festival 2023/24

Shakespeare Schools Theatre Festival returns in 2023/24, with performances nationwide from October 2023 - April 2024. Working with their teachers and Coram Shakespeare Schools Foundation's expert facilitators, young people will take a classic Shakespeare play from page to stage.

Performing in a professional theatre, our young participants will develop the confidence, resilience and essential skills they need for life.

Film Festival 2023

Our newest programme - Shakespeare Schools Film Festival - returns for 2023! Alongside our partners for the project, IntoFilm, we'll be supporting schools in the UK and beyond to produce their very own Shakespeare short film. Your finished movie will be showcased online in an international celebration of creativity. Catch last year's submissions here.

Bespoke Workshops

We'll once again be running bespoke workshops in classrooms and school halls throughout 2023. These sessions can be tailored to the needs and interests of your students, so whether you're looking for a pre-GCSE boost, or a first introduction to Shakespeare worlds, our workshops have got you covered.

We're looking forward to a full 12 months of arts engagement work. All of our projects are suitable for primary, secondary and SEND schools, as well as international groups, so there really is something for everyone.

If you'd like to find out more about any of our work in 2023/24, you can get in touch at hello@coramshakespeareschools.org.uk.
