About our impactJoin our Team!
Our culture is creative, diverse and aspirational.
Our programmes instil curiosity and empathy, aspiration and self-esteem, literacy and teamwork; giving young people from every community and background the confidence to stride onto whatever stage they choose.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sections of the community. We encourage applicants from global majority backgrounds and D/deaf and disabled people to join our team.
Whilst we have a diverse team, we recognise we are a predominantly white workforce and are committed to encouraging candidates from diverse communities in order to improve the programmes we deliver with young people and schools.
We are committed to the safeguarding of children and where appropriate will require successful applicants to undertake a check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
